Reason for PK: I don't know
Why should you be unPK'd?: We walked up to the Lucchese apartments to see if Richie was there, and some black guy just shot us without saying anything. No /me's or nothing. Just pulled out a gun and shot us. He also did it in a public area, ass pulled a M4 without any /me's. Broke so many rules just there. I robbed him earlier but he died so idk if that's the reason.
On the top of my head these are some reasons this is invalid:
He broke nlr, failrp (Asspulled a heavy gun and shot me with plenty of people around), no interactions at all before he shot me, he couldn't have known it was me because I wasn't wearing my pac3 nor did I have him f3'd so that's metagame.

Furthermore I want to add onto this by saying that this guy pked my friend 30 minutes earlier but got killed by me as he was running away from the scene. Working on uploading the clip right now.
Addition to me shooting him after he shot my friend. I shot him about 10 seconds after he shot my friend, after he broke fearrp while I had a gun on him. (He was unarmed)

The reason you and your friend were PK'D is because you mugged a guy earlier on and took items from him and money which totalled more then $7500,the individual did not break NLR as I voided he death due to the fact that you Metagamed to find out that he had killed your friend by the church. For the Fail RP part I don't see anything wrong with what he did as he was getting revenge for you mugging him and there is no rule which states that you cannot kill someone in a public place. Lastly for the Metagame part he could still recognise your facial features and if he had Pac 3 off you would look the same to him as a default character.

And onto the facial features, you need a f3 to know who he is. Metagame and NLR, as I do not have any features that are outstanding in my description.

When he died when you mugged him that was voided as your not allowed to shoot someone if they are following your commands (which the guy was as you had him restrained when you shot him).

I didn't shoot him tho, someone else did, and he bled out.

I've been playing on this server for a good 6 months now. And from my understanding you get pked if you die while breaking fearrp.
Referring to your own rules here.
■ Acting recklessly can cost you your life and result in a PK. This includes, in some circumstances, not valuing your life (breaking FearRP), Intentionally committing suicide or intentionally putting yourself at risk. (Ran while I had a gun pointed at him.
■ ALL PKs require direct proof, rumours and witnesses are invalid without video/text proof, or an Admin who has witnessed it, this is to ensure stories are not being manipulated to look like they fit PK criteria (Which we got)
■ If you are attempting to PK someone in a hit and you fail, resulting in your own death you are also subject to a PK, so don’t be reckless when carrying out these serious murders. (He did succeed in killing him but died right after, which in every case I've been in results in a pk. Basic mafiarp rules which have been used since I started playing, 4 years ago.)

hi, this is jimmi hrav. I was there for the situation, he asspulled a large weapon and shot mr O Doherty 69 with no /me or anything else said before doing so.
