Met the guy and RPed with the guy, I can say in confidence that he knows what he's doing in and out of roleplay. I'm sure he'll be a great faction leader too. The backstory is detailed, and the fact that he wants to rebrand the gang RP into something more realistic is admirable.

P3pper is a good guy and I believe that he is fit to run a faction.
Also the fact that he is making a gang that isn't just the standard minge org is a major step up from other gang's.
I hope this gets accepted so I can have many roleplay experiences with them going into the wipe.
