Reason for PK: Died During A Bank Robbery
Why should you be unPK'd?: I Beileve That Me And Everyone Else That Died During This Robbery Should be un pked because a gm named ayo lied to our family by saying there was about 500k in the bank and stating that we would only need to rob the side rooms and not the safety deposit boxes, This however was not true, the bank was only holding 30k and our family never would of tried robbing this bank if we were not lied to by ayo

I believe the bit with ayo was miscommunication but he can comment on that himself later, regardless of the amount of money inside the bank robbing the Bank and dying is still a PK. You made the active and conscious decision to continue the robbery even after the alarms were tripped early. Those involved had every opportunity to leave the bank before the Police arrived when the alarms were first tripped. The money was physically in the vault itself and was about 70 to 80K. The only reason 30K came out is because that is how much the surviving member of the robbery physically grabbed from the vault.
Whether there was 500K or 100K is irrelevant since the entire idea of a bank robbery is not a DarkRP grind for cash. It's supposed to be an RP heavy event, if no one RP'ed scoping the joint out, trying to figure out how big the score was, if there were guards, if the cops were nearby, etc is irrelevant to us. If you're telling me your decision was based around a randomly tossed around figure in an OOC discord call that caused your RP character to make a decision with meta information he didn't have ingame then I really don't see how it's anyone's fault but your own.

The 'Minge' was actually quite compliant in helping you guys. The fact you failed to secure him via restraints BEFORE opening in to the security doors is beyond our control.

We had extensively planned the heist for 2 days and drew up maps of the sewer system and cased the bank for several hours so the fact that you say we were just trying to grind out cash like it's DarkRP is a bit insulting. If you would like I could add you to the group chat so you could look at the extensive planning that went into it and either way 70-80k is literal pocket change and if we were informed on the actual amount in the bank we would never have robbed it.
Not only that but we had coordinated outfits, A safehouse, several roles for the crew and much more.

Alright. What the literal /FUCK/ was the execution in terms of ooc credibility. Firstly, the mention of a DarkRP type robbery is just a blatant lie. I'd be willing to show you the messages, plans, details that i've seen. All days before this had taken place. Then, the mention of the money. Canadian states 'the bank has 100k but its not all physical its tied up in investments and such. No. A loan is handed out in a snap. Theres no wait list. So, to first not check how much money was IN the bank was kind of messed up. After all, making up a number and rolling with it until shown facts seems kinda sketch. Then, the actual robbery itself was rushed. Bacon @ after @ repeatedly called for me to tell them to start. Despite me explaining circumstances, I still had to rush them on.

seeing how a jewelry store was robbed for 400k in a smash in grab robbery, a bank robbery would most defiantly lead to more. Canadian knew I knew the details, but never asked for anything aside from the start date and names.
