Reason for ban: messing with props after a warning
Length of ban: permanent
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I waited my time, thought I had appealed already and tried to join
Why should you be unbanned? it's been a while, I got banned for messing with props, got too drunk that night - was warned to stop but I didn't listen
as a donator, I have intentions of making sure no one's experience is tampered with, I may have broken the rules that night but was only around another friend (that also got banned)
admin was spectating us and made that the reason to ban us after they warned us

I'm sorry for being an ass that night, I waited my time, it's been almost a year. I knew if I were to have appealed I would have had a high chance of denial, so instead I waited my time and felt to make the appeal when necessary - although I thought I had made it sooner

of course,
EXPLOIT - exploiting was me alt e sitting on props to get stuck inside walls, it was nothing harmful nor an intrusion to anyone's RP experience, it was me being dumb with someone else in the room
NITRP - I may have had no intention to roleplay, but considering it was a late night, no one else was really on - admin had been spectating us the entire time
minge - me just acting a fool on the server that night, I was drunk and nothing was really going off for me to stay in character
metagame - can't say why, I don't remember metagaming that night just talking shit to whiteshirts and messing around with a guy I knew in the server
prop abuse - alt e sitting on props to stand up inside a wall

On your last appeal, Rem, the person you harassed, graciously unbanned you, stating 'last chance'. You were then banned 3 more times after, until this fourth one.
Is their anything positive you bring to the server?

I understand your point of view and wouldn't blame y'all if y'all denied it
I know it's not a good look but I'd still like to appeal with an honest intention
however, Rem and I moved passed the incident of harassment, that was quite some years ago, I hope that shows how long I've supported / been around diverge..
I had already sincerely apologized and personally thanked for unbanning me after all the shit I got into
in which I'd like to add that it was moreso ignorant trolling than it was harassment,
previously mentioned that I don't intend to ruin anyone's RP experience, I always made sure that I helped out whiteshirts get around town
considering I was once a faction leader and creator for Harlem High Society, it was a pleasure for me to help out people new in game, all of the members that were in HHS only have good things to say about the things I contributed and did for their RP experience.
I didn't go around and mass RDM people, it was me in a room, prop minging after the fact I was warned for doing it in the street,
I'd like to believe that many of us have messed around the server when everyone was either offline / AFK,
and considering that I did it after the fact the admin was spectating, it will only look bad on paper when you stack it on the other PO's
if I didn't consider or think much of diverge, I would have not donated or gotten my other friends to donate as well
I understand the money may not be deposited to you personally but I can only provide context to my consideration for the server
I would also like to add that I had shut down my faction after diverge was looking for new factions to add, and while my faction count was low yet effective - I did NOT want someone to have their faction app declined when I could let them have my slot

additional note: I feel as though either a temp ban or kick would have been more suitable,
I see several people MASS RDMing and other similar rule breaking get either a week or a few days of a ban
I'd never try to tell y'all how to run the server - but when you see things from a macro perspective on comparison of severity, mine make it look like I'm a low quality player because of the perma ban / ban that could have been a temp ban / kick
I know you deal with hundreds of people on a monthly basis, so you may not remember me personally

First join on the 31st of March, 2021. Playtime of Play Time 27 days, 18 hours, 20 minutes.
Your 6 previous bans total 338.5 days. Meaning you spent 1219% of your time here banned.
Your current ban was issued on 3/09/2023. 212 days ago.
Logically I should have you wait another 100 days to be unbanned? What's the justification to be unbanned now?

some of those numbers are wrong..
I was not banned on 3/09/2023 on my current ban.
I'm not gonna sit here and beg to be unbanned, I've provided plenty of context to prove I'm not a conniving POS low quality player
I've expressed my personal feedback on the unnecessary severity of my previous bans, whether it was out of spite or done just to be done it will only look bad on my end
again, I didn't have to give diverge my money or time, but I did - why? because I enjoyed the server, so much so I started a faction and even tried to apply for staff/
just because I've done some stupid shit that had admins apply severe & unnecessary discipline doesn't qualify me as a person that's out to worsen the server experience..
I could have not appealed & ALTed like MANY MANY people do HERE in diverge, but I can only do the right thing and appeal.
I shouldn't be crucified or judged for trying to appeal with genuine honesty.
approve or deny, do what you think is appropriate. I won't judge, you deal with hundreds of people on a monthly basis. I understand the cynicism.
