Code Black holds no relevance to the situation. I was killed by a federal official unarmed and in rule 6 it says "Federal agents are meant to be non-corrupt agents of the state", your interpretation means shit to me because the fact is this is your PK and you back it entirely. You are not going to pull a quick one like that just so you could change a rule to suit you in the moment the rule stands.

I agree and I have talked with Pendred and Canadian regarding the situation and obviously a situation like this is quite hard to "pre-plan" and/or retrieve a second view when it all happens within the matter of seconds, upon it occurring and due to time zone differences Canadian advised that we wait for Pendred's statement which now is to let the PK Appeal go through and see what is said.

Code Black actually holds a lot of relevance as it sets up the environment/atmosphere within the area, with an obvious seriousness and urge for roleplay to occur without staff intervention, with a Code Black being arranged where no one can enter or leave without passiveRP to be present such as providing identification basically sets up the area (In this case the Police Department) in a very unique separate and touching roleplay situation.
Having the Police Department of Code Black which had occurred upon your arrest, ensured and setup for each and every aspect of the roleplay to happen;
- The posts & systems setup outside.
- The support from roles such as FBI, Marshals & State Government.
- All protocols.
- How other roleplay scenarios occur such as;
- Redirecting player traffic.
- Postponing meeting/s.
- Restricting access to the precinct.

It did occur, I legitimately saw several of your boys posted up upon your death.
The argument that I don't record is a obvious obstacle that I can't overcome at this point in time yet I am in a position where I have to view this whole situation from an unbias view.

Your -1 does not matter in this situation as if you read the rules on responding to pks it states you have to be directly involved in the situation to even comment on an appeal.

There was not PK active situation the PD went in code black and they faked a breach and pked me. I wasn't PK active for something I did in the past. Don't make claims with bad foundations. Because if I was a chick in school you would be the guy with the F right now. Sudo pked me because he simply has no clue what he was doing and assumed things in his assessment on the reason. The feds intentionally PKed me for god knows what reason, but the main thing is feds can't do it because they can't be corrupt.

There are several obsticals that come into play, but in short, your smack bang on it...
But as we have several aspects which are debateable, I guess we have ended up here...

If you watch Mikvik's POV of the video, there was no external communication via discord when the situation happened, as well everything he did tabbing out and in was caught on camera, and nothing shows him talking to anyone about breaking him out, its safe to say the Bonanno Crime Family acted on their free will, I remain unbias in any of this situation as I am a Federal Agent myself, and I hate that these people violate what we are suppose to stand for on the server.
