Prior to writing this application, the group determined that, in order for this business to be successful, applying for and gaining a whitelist is absolutely necessary. To start, the success of this faction is based upon three things: Trust, Reputation, and Safety. In order to gain the trust of our potential clients, a whitelist establishes a sense of accountability and credibility with the Group so they feel comfortable coming to us when they need help. Additionally, having a whitelist is the common differentiating factor between the common street vendor and a legitimate corporation. Having that legitimacy will allow us to effectively establish and build a reputation in the city as a reliable investor in the local economy. Finally, a whitelist will allow the Bay Financial Group to own properties. While the ownership of and utilization of properties owned by the group isn't a priority, there are locations that will allow us to conduct our business in a mature and serious atmosphere. Furthermore, the contracts created by the Group often utilize the investee's properties as a form of collateral in the investment. The acquisition of property following a failed investment allows the Group to liquidate remaining assets through an auction or sale to recoup potential losses.
