'Not going to lose this character' It's already lost. No one will hire you. WE Italian factions have no need to show proof due to the rules of Omertà and La Costa Nostra. This dude litterally just said he wasn't going to lose a character due to this not being real life. News Flash. This is a MAFIA Roleplay server. Sure it's not real life but you're ROLEPLAYING as an italian in the mafia.
Now we've done digging and this rule was established because staff didn't want to do PKs anymore for the saying of 'don's orders'. News flash. You're staff, you literally have no voice. You're here to enforce server rules and to enhance the RP. Not hamper it to the point it diminishes the entirety of the Italian way of RP.

No one gathered any evidence. no one talked to me about it, no one even bothered to check if our names are even the same. I swear you can PK for whatever the hell you want. Literally just make some shit up and it passes lmfao.

Why should you be unPK'd?: This is a totally baseless and pretty ridiculous PK, I don't even know how it got approved in the first place. It was requested by the head of the Cassanos and they PKd within 12 hours of me joining. This is totally absurd and does not make any sense how this was approved. No evidence or anything. They pulled this reason out of their butts and asked for a PK. Don't know how they came to this conclusion when I've had like 4 hours tops of active time on the server as a Cassano. Completely and utterly absurd.
EDIT: Totally forgot to mention I was literally in the middle of suing the police dept. with Jade Imperial Law Firm, so there isn't even a chance that I was a fed

Due to the reasoning for the PK being an OOC reason (which is not a valid reason for a Don's Orders PK; See PK guidelines for examples), I will be voiding the character's RP knowledge/existence ever being in the Cassano faction to avoid any conflict or attempt at "revenge".
Don's orders PKs requires a valid (IC) reason.
Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
