-1 little to no effort on the application. If you aren't willing to put the effort in on an application, it shows that you won't be able to put the effort in to run a faction.

-1 Wellman doesn't sound Italian at all and the backstory does not add up. Includes the Rizzuto Crime Family which is Canadian and didn't spend much time in New York unless working with the Five Families on business, along with that they were founded in the 1970s and not around in the 50s.
