-1 The sad truth is that at the moment no new Italian crime families are needed mainly due to all four families already being fully established. For new Italian families it would be extremely hard to get new recruits when competing with more respected and wealthy families and because of this they end up fizzling out after a couple days/weeks. For a brand new Italian faction to work it would need a lot more than 10 or 20 members in the discord to survive the early stages. This has been seen numerous times with people like the Maggadinos, Montanas and even the Lupranos had a hard time building up with larger factions taking new recruits.

No, when you were in my faction, you were terrible and did not know how to do things.
Also compared to the other Italian faction applications up right now, this is really low on the spectrum

Neutral. I think some negative ones are valid due to the factions similar to yours that already exist. However, perhaps if you incorporated some unique traits about your faction in an application edit you'll have more heads turning.
