Slight problem with what you're saying:
There is evidence. That I have seen. Several times over. In which you do the exact thing you were banned for.
Also, as for ProG237, if you want to just see the video via discord streaming I can do that just fine if you are OK with seeing it that way instead of as a YouTube video.
Also also, the thing stopping staff from abusing and claiming everything is NITRP is the existence of higher levels of staff. If someone did like in your example and banned someone for getting in a car, higher staff get involved and determine the validity; you're actually initiating that determination right now because that's what an appeal is.
Anyways, I'm fairly tired and so won't be replying again until tomorrow morning. If you want to keep whining about six hours of lost playtime, its up to you, but don't expect me to waste my own time for this petty wreck of an appeal.

Bro you're openly admitting you fucked up in my DMs. And youre sittin here in the comments knowing higher ups are going to read it trying to look good. You're a pathetic and do I say, GARBAGE staff member. You are ruining the experience of not just one but a few members of the server now. Im not doing this to be insulting Im trying to give you tips on how you could be a better staff member but youre openly ignoring it cause you think what you did was right. You banned the wrong person, for no real legit reason and know im going to sit here for 6 hours banned cause they wont respond in time. So while I sit with this ban I want you to know what you're doing is wrong, and I hope the higher ups youre obessesed with see your actions. Keep dancing around lying about logs and stuff. That shit dont look good on you

Attempting to ruin the inauguration by jumping on the stage and being a headache for a very important RP event is not the brightest idea. I honestly don't really know what you expect, but getting very angry at the staff member for saying you were punching in Discord general chat is unnecessary. Punch Minging was not on your ban reason so it does not matter if he was right or wrong in this appeal. It did not affect your ban length.
