I have known Julius/'El Chilli' as he was known in Cali Cartel, for over 2 years now.
He is a very solid addition to the community - formerly a Senior Administrator on Typhon Networks MafiaRP.
I have seen what he brings to Roleplay environments, and have confidence he can step up as a faction lead to expand on this Roleplay Contribution to Diverge.
