Huge +1 Just had an amazing interaction with Pops and his associate Rafael on Miami. They are clearly naturals and know how to carry themselves. I do believe the backstory and playtime is a little lacking, but what I've encountered in-game has made up for that. Strongly believe he could lead a faction and thrive in the server. Although I do think there are a lot of cartels in Diverge across both servers, a cuban cartel in Miami would be a worthy and fitting exception in my book. Especially since there is only 1 cuban faction at the moment.
