Personally don't see why playtime is of concern considering my underboss has several months of playtime and I had a faction on the server previously with even less playtime.

+1 I wanna see a triad faction, if you're experienced in running a faction already, I wouldn't mind the playtime thing at all. I for the most part don't care about playtime, just experience.

Even through the Application looks really nice by design, respect for that, it is plagiarism!
You literally took the history from the Wikipedia text and slightly changed it. Most of the sentences are literally the same with minor changes.
Edit: Playtime also very low. Don't think he would make a good leader as of too little experience.

In my personal opinion, you cannot do much in the way of creative writing with groups that exist IRL. We try to make it presentable in a way that is better to read than just a wall of text.
I understand the playtime, but like i said before my high command has several months of experience which I've known for years (outside of mafia rp). I did also have a group on here that sadly died out due to my declining health at the time.
Appreciate the comment and opinion, however.

I like the idea of finally including a Chinese Faction (One of the biggest minorities in New York). Plus if it's the Puggo I think it is it might be a little inactive but the members were always great roleplayers instead of the weird white people trying to do east asian accents.
