It wasn't a raid. It was retaliation for two recent bar shoot ups. The basis of the PK was that Zane didn't have Don's release, which is completely untrue.

The Admin in game told me he didn't know this and issued the PK for you. This was wrong and the appeal should stand.
This is your problem. You're retarded as hell. The screenshot you provided was when Kody took over the Irish, which was long before Montana gave up Chomo, Inc. He gave the release - Zane showed that. Then, in case you don't know what UA stands for, Upper Administration gave everyone Don's release when Montana ordered the whitelists to be wiped. Tell me now, if Montana was on LOA, why would UA listen to his orders to wipe the whitelist for him to try to sell the faction? Oh that's right, because he wasn't on LOA.

I was apart of the group of folks that got the un-whitelist from Carter Inc when Montana ordered the whitelist to be wiped. UA gave us all options to either leave cleanly or go back to the family and need Don's orders. Thrax is saying it was UA's bad for saying that, but I don't feel any of us should have to suffer a PK because of a misunderstanding.

The PK was for leaving the faction and no other reason.
Due to the original faction being ran by another faction leader, also they left back in September, and the faction went under a rebranding, I believe it's unfair to revoke the permission given.
In normal circumstances, the faction leader could still PK the player even if given permission as they could have been lied to, in this situation that is entirely different. The faction leaders are different, there is a decently sized time gap and the faction is no longer the same when the player originally left.
Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
