I have known Merc throughout multiple servers and he has been an exemplary leader in all of them. A DEVGRU demon himself Merc is an experienced don of the 12th ST/Velentzas and put them in an exceptional position of power and activity on the server. Coupled with his experience and this application I believe this 'Corporation' would go far in the city who needs diversity from ItalianRP.

+1 I've known Merc for at least a few years at this point, and throughout he's been a consistently high-quality leader. The faction also would add some good rp I believe.
