Good idea for a civilian faction but IMO, as stated above - I don't believe you have the necessary skills needed to run a faction with such a little play time.

-1 your playtime is SO LOW. no one starts a faction unless they have AT LEAST 1 week, and those are rare. I liked the history lesson as I didn't know who Alexander Nevsky was, but the background needs EXTREME work.
P.S, from what I read, you are -1ing reputation on people who don't agree with your faction app, this shows extreme immaturity and is another reason I will not be +1ing your app, as if I needed another one
