+1 CSR being in the server paves a way for other GOOD gangs to enter into the server as well. NSG was a failure to diverge as a gang and as a faction in general. So now that NSG has thankfully kicked the bucket, we can now move on to actually legit gang rp.

-1 Rifa gang existing in New York makes no sense. I want diversity as much as the rest of you guys but lets at least try to keep New York true to what it should be.
