The application seems sloppy in some parts and too "Relaxed" such as -- "I would first talk to them like staff member to staff member like hey thats not cool and if they continue ill report them to an HR."
Also, you would be staffing for a very small amount of hours which is not worth it especially with you wanting to be in an EST spot which someone else with your qualities could take and staff for double that time.

As far as the sloppy app i reviewed it and edited as i feel i rushed a bit.
I reviewed my app and re did some questions as i feel i may have rushed a bit.
as far as the +1's I only personally know 2 of the people that +1 my app
