-1 sounds like you lost absolutely nothing and ace attempted to refund and understand the situation some more by checking logs, if it was you, no one would know, and if it wasn't then no one would know. Seems like you and Chad have some sort of third party beef against ace, I have not heard of him going around RDM'ing people at all.
Maybe next time you hear gun shots you shouldnt sit around at the scene of the crime and complain when you get caught up in it.

God it really amazes me that these 2 accounts are both private profile and have vac bans on them.

I also just realized that the clip is cut to make me look bad and you start when you jumped down from the fence.

Also it says your right leg is damaged because you jumped down.

im 98% sure it doesnt show who equiped flaregun just like when you shoot it. It say flare entity and not who shot.

Now reviewing the video furthermore, I have found that you broke one of your legs, The funny thing is, Ace was shot by a flaregun by someone on the roof of lucchese, we had a guy up there almost instantly and he reported to us that he heard a man hit the ground but didnt see him. Looks to me like you could have easily shot down with the flare gun, jumped off by the fire escape near the cut fence and jumped away. I'd like to see a full unedited version of the clip because I know 22 seconds is not a normal replay setting.

Considering Zook isn't staff and Chad isn't a gamemaster, nor is he lazy considering I know he hits quota easily you have put zero effort or thought into that statement. You should've waited for an admin if you were setting up a PK? Not a Moderator, I don't know who told you that Mods are able to tend to PKs but you're tripping balls if you think otherwise. -1 Overall I would have just had a mutual this is due to me constantly seeing zook being kinda mingy and doing shit that would get him killed by anyone as well as there being a lot of evidence in zooks favor what makes me -1 this is that chad saying "Also I've asked people around to get their opinion and I haven't seen anything positive all they said was you're good on your character but on you're staff the power get to your head." yet he is crying about harassment. Don't cry about harassments yet then go talking about a staff member behind his back. Overall I feel as if they aare both in the wrong but this chad guy is cringe.

-1 People who call out Ace for what we did to the Lucchese obviously don't know the full story. I had never even had a sit with Ace before that situation and we never intended for it to become a PK situation in the first place. When we went to kill the italians on the boat we did it out of revenge for a previous situation, and Ace had simply stumbled onto the situation. We never had brought Ace into the situation and he interjected himself into it out of his own free will. After we killed the people on the boat Ace uncloaked himself and said that he had enjoyed watching what we were doing and asked if we wanted to make it a pk sit. That was when one of our members stated that he had a recording of the offense and Ace told us we could try and make it a PK sit, and thats what we decided to do. IT ended up being voided none the less but we never went over there with the intention to PK anybody, that was after the fact. Ace simply stumbled upon the RP situation when we were in the middle of killing them and made his prescence known.

Ace is young, and that bleeds into his interactions which make him seem less professional, but in my opinion that makes him much more trustworthy as I've never seen him act out of the benefit to anything other then the server rules (One of us is currently banned because of Ace's involvement in a sit, if he and us were buttbuddys he wouldn't be banned). I prefer Ace over other staff members because rather then taking himself uber serious and acting like he works a 9 to 5 job by being an admin on a online video game he treats the server as what it is: a video game server, and he doesn't pretend to act like he's anything more then that. Some of you may not like Ace because he doesn't have his ass cheeks clenched at all times cause he takes being an admin like it's being a police officer but I think Ace does well. Ace DOES in fact stumble, but the potential he has to be a good staff member far outweighs that.

If you are going to -1 a report give a reason on why the report is invalid. I am not staff so you clearly have no reason to type on the thread lmao.

You are -1ing something that isn't even apart of the staff report, it shows the one sided mannerisms that his allies/factions have accustomed to him.

Alright man so you are trying to cover up an RDM report by saying another staff member is "cringe" You think me getting killed out of the blue is justified for me having mingy behavior it overall makes no sense and you are trying to cover up an admin that is biased for select factions.

It's honestly so funny that you guys think me and chad, are friends and are in the same faction out to get Ace. When I was in general chat calling him out for the same mannerisms Ace has ( though not as bad ) about him helping his faction on his staff character. It goes to show how quick these faction members of Ace are to -1 a report without having any correlation to the situation at hand, nor have any clue just to randomly -1 to save a biased admin from getting further punishment.

But I would also like to add that in the player report rules/format it says " You may only comment on a player report if you were involved in the situation and have supporting evidence to provide" So I'm fairly sure only 3 party's were involved Me, Ace, and Chad (sit taker) None of these people -1ing or +1 aren't / weren't involved in the situation. Nor do they have any supporting evidence to back the statements they are making which also leads to a one sided -1 to save an admin in their faction.
