+1 in the past ive seen better door buying mechanics on other nutscript mafiarp servers. each property would have a clipboard next to it where an individual could rent a property for up to 7 days for either his faction, or himself and manually add keys for people. only really saw it on one server tho so idk, but it would be cool if it could be implemented. If it can I think at least one of the apartment buildings should run on this system, be run by the state as section 8 housing or sum shit. Especially bc there really isnt much "roleplaying" involved in running an apartment building as a faction

Citizens can now F2 buy and own a townhouse that is not owned by a faction. This will be similar to how worldcorp and self storages are now, meaning it is no longer considered squatting.
Townhouses may still be purchased at auction and permaowned by a faction if they wish.
