Defense gets people to write fake affidavits, all of these were on main characters except for the person who claimed they did it. He wrote a fake affidavit and appeared on that same day 12 days after not playing his character.
He's made his case, I have backed it up, I don't think I'm going to spend more time arguing about it. I'll let the situation speak for itself. Solomons is inactive in the first place, and the idea of any other character that's not your "Main character" being an alt and unusable is asinine. It's situational, and I'll let the situation speak.

You can have side characters, however there’s a difference between that and a throwaway.

The you may not invent evidence rule is not being interpreted correctly here.

Evidence, defined more as video evidence, screenshots, scenarios, etc.

Affidavits can be made illegitimately, but the evidence supporting it has to be genuine and IC.

I reviewed the scenario, and there isn't much (if any) evidence supporting the use of an alt character.

Motives are not easy to prove, and the ban is based off a hunch it seems. A second opinion or a different admin not apart of the scenario should be administering the ban, or "co-sign" the ban. Though it's not against the rules to administer bans for scenarios you are directly involved in, it's highly recommended you gather other opinions from other unbiased staff members (anyone who isn't involved in the scenario).
It's just a suggestion to prevent bans like these.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

The ban will be lifted from your account shortly.
