Unfortunately, your application has been denied.
The main reason for the denial is that you lack a microphone. It is almost impossible to be a staff member without one. You will not be able to control sits, or be effective in your duties as a staff member. Furthermore, my experiences with you as a staff member elsewhere, you were hot headed and easily lost your temper, and also made some questionable decisions at times.
