As much as I think Sudo would be an incredible faction leader and I like this idea as head of RP you would be potentially biased towards your own faction

This concern is noted and per our staff code of conduct Sudo will not be allowed to handle situation regarding himself or his faction.
I think a legal faction would be a good addition for shop RP.
