Tbh I think perm ban for killing 2 people is overly retarded, and whoever did that is an idiot.
However Jeff honestly is a good rp'er, hence why he has literally no Po's aside from a 12 hour ban from months ago for item transfer.
He help runs a faction and is very influential to RP, and if he was given another chance I know for a fact he would not fuck up.
Tbh as a staff member, I don't even think a ban would be valid for literally killing two people without notes.

Absolutely not. Jeff has proven time after time that he is a substandard player with absolutely no redeeming qualities; furthermore this is by far the worst ban appeal I have ever seen. Badly worded, spelling mistakes, no effort put into it.
