Took us so many months to write the backstory, we really put a lot of effort into it and would put even more effort into the efficiency and leadership of the faction.
That means BOTH of you have just recently been let off perma bans and are trying to start a faction together a week (for arth) and less than a month (for exodus) after returning?
I don't dislike either of you or your application, but that just seems like a bad situation waiting to happen.

We have four founders, two of which have never been banned or warned a single time and have play times comparable to ours. We both have served our time and its been more than half a year since our initial bans. We literally put blood sweat and tears into developing our piece of art and I don't intend to sully it (no pun intended) by breaking rules of the server and abusing the honor of having a faction on diverge.
