[b]It gets annoying trying to roleplay on a server when there are people who literally are trying to do the opposite. Sadly at night, when I get off of work there are NEVER staff on, and if they are, they're always AFK, so minges are always present. I'd love to clean up the server at night so it can maintain playable even in after hours.[/b]
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
[b]I don't tolerate bullshit, I can tell when a dumbass is lying a mile away, instead of wasting time I take the problem and solve it. Also I only play/can be on at night, when all the other staff is all off, or asleep, and when all the minges are on.[/b]

(Please list where, what position and how long): I've been playing Gmod for over 13 years now so I've staffed for a number of servers from Murder, Star Wars RP servers, My own servers, Military RP servers, DarkRP servers. All of which can't be found anymore due to them shutting down but the only one thats still up (dif name dif owner but the current owner was my Boss at the time server is called X-AE Network for SWRP
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Only once but it was a misunderstanding ban was lifted by the banner immediately after communicating with him.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * [b]Nah, not really, the few i do know would call me a leader though and a very understanding and kind person. Always willing to lend money with no want for payment back.[/b]

A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Warn them just like any other player, either way my friends wouldnt do this bc i wouldve let them known that in the first place.[/b]

My thoughts are really mixed on this one. I’m not sure if I should +1 or -1 your application.
The format is kinda wonky, your sentences are barely detailed in some answers, you have good intentions and possibly a great role player, problem is I just don’t see any reason for me to upvote or downvote the application.
Maybe if the application was more detailed and provided more of a background of yourself instead of “a kind leader” then maybe I would reconsider a and change my final verdict.

I have to give a -1 for lack of effort and not reading the application format too much.
It states for the starred questions, it needs to have at least 5 sentences.
Please change these issues and polish the application a bit more, then I will reconsider my vote.
