Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):I do admit to breaking fearRP to a certain extent. I was being chased by the police and i ran into city hall, they pulled out there tazers and said "let me see your hands" as I kept running they pulled out there shotguns and said "your under fearRP" I did not want to go to jail so i did everything in my power for them to kill me, because i was facing 34 years.
Why should you be unbanned?I really like playing this server with my friends and being banned kinda sucks because i cant play with the homies. Im not asking for a full unban, but a ban reduce would be nice. Again sorry for any staff that I wasted time. XD

+1 Seems like he was on the run from the cops facing 34 years already I would have been booking it the whole time if they pulled out there guns while he was running and he thought he could get away it would make sense if he was in an alley way with no escape I could see why but a reduction could be in line

Hello i was the staff member in question that issued the ban. The police officer in question made a staff ticket of a possible breaking FearRP situation. Natural i claim the ticket and teleport to the officer to assess the situation. All i saw at the time was you running away from a gun. Granted the distance between you and the gun initially were in a relatively moderate distance to be considered FearRP. But just as it reaches pointblank range, you decided to pull out fists and punched the cop.
Now normally a simple breaking FearRP offense would result in a warn. However, your existing POs betrays you otherwise. A total of 4 warns and 3 bans, excluding the one i just issued, is pretty damning.
To be fair a 4-day ban is actually kind of light considering you have 4 warns and 3 bans, one of which was a 7-day ban.
So, inconclusion:
I believe the length of the ban is rather valid considering your extensive previous offenses and to be fair if this was taken by another staff member, it could be longer.

While you do have a decent previous history, FearRP does not typically have such a length for being the only ban reason.
This ban is very extensive to how somewhat-minor it is.
The ban will be reduced to 3 days.
