False PK (didnt initiate gunfight + metagame by feds posing as Civs abusing rumour to - Bonito - 03-31-2021

Reason for PK: Didn't get one (didn't even get a sit)
Why should you be unPK'd?: Well first of all to set the scene, Vex Audrey used rumour as a part of the Civilian faction while on his FBI char (Feds or NYPD are not supposed to see rumour at all so its metagaming/FailRP) to meet up with me and proceed to pinch me for drugs.
Vex got distracted by someone outside watching on, holding a gun so he no longer had me under Fear RP so I went to get my gun out (as you can see in the video I didnt even shoot a bullet at him, and hence didn't initiate a gunfight) and Vex killed me.
1) I would like for the FBI metagaming rumour as Civs to pinch people to be looked into by UA if it is possible.
2) An admin should have a sit with the player before deciding to PK/charban them so it can be discussed (a bit unprofessional if not IMO).
Ultimately, the PK is not valid as I didn't initiate gunfight AND also because it was a metagame RP situation by the Fed inside the Civilian faction abusing rumour to pinch me.

Please do not respond to the post if you are not apart of it. Only people directly involved may respond.
Anyway, you pulled out a gun, broke FearRP and went for a kill, but you died too quick.
Note, breaking FearRP technically is a PK reason, but it depends.
The FBI agent did not say directly say he was an FBI. (Like showing a badge)
On the metagaming complaint, we will look into it.
Admins don't need to give sits for a PK. You can always ask the person who did the PK the reason. (If the staff member is able to release the reason)

Why did you delete the +1s? Are people not entitled to an opinion on the situation?
Anyway, as you can clearly see in the clip, I pulled out a gun when he no longer had me under fear RP as Vex was literally shooting someone outside the window, hence no longer aiming his gun at me and turned his line of sight. Fear RP Rule 3 states, 'If the person with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight, fearRP becomes null and you may take the window of opportunity to retaliate.'
"FearRP is when your character is threatened with a weapon or a knife. When threatened by a weapon (meaning the weapon is pointed directly at you)...."
Regarding your other comment, in fact the FBI Agent did directly say he was in the FBI before the clip started, and showed me his badge numerous times (you can ask him).

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
Main reason why I am accepting the appeal, was due to the reason (in the log) being initiated gunfight.
While arguable FearRP was there, it is a somewhat weak reason as the 2 different POVs show FearRP can be seen as not active, while the FBI agent's POV being it was.
I'll give you a one time chance considering you have a clean record.
