What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I am applying as I wish to help the community as a whole, improving the server overall and making sure that the community continues to thrive and work well. I want to enforce this server's rules and make sure that the server has good rp at all times. I also would like more admins in the gmt timezone to minimize minge hours. I want to help this comunity thrive and get more involved with it overall and i feel that staff is a good place to do so
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am a very active person on the server with lots of past experience within different staff teams and have a good understanding of how to be a good member of staff balancing fun with managing the server and rules. I am good with people and am reasonably good at dealing with staff issues and how to deal with different situations.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes i was an Admin on icefuse networks clone wars RP for 3 months i was a server manager for Complex gaming and aurora servers as well as the community manager for moshpit networks all of which i held for 1 month
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: no i have not been banned before.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think i am reasonably well known within the community and have a positive reputation among them as i have never broken the server rules before.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i call another staff member to avoid conflict of interest and then wait for them to respond if no other is on i clip it and send it to another member of staff in PM’s to deal with when they are free
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:i record it and take proof then send it across to their superior
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDMing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: i proceed normally and follow the punishment guidelines and do so appropriately as it is just a gmod server and if they get mad at me over that then i are not worth having as a friend.
