Why should you be unbanned? miscommunication, i was getting arrested so before i was put under fear rp by a weapon i jumped into a open car and tried driving off, i got shot a couple timas and couldnt see because the screen turns black so i was trying to run over the cop who was shooting at me i dont know how this was vdm i think bird though i already was in the car and it was mine and the reason for my arresting was because i tried running the officer over for no reason and i only had 1 previous warns

Before the incident, after shooting into the LeGrande building with your friend, and when the person who reported you caught up and held you at gunpoint, you left. He gave me photo and video evidence of you doing so. Being lenient, I gave you a very heavy warning and said if you were to do anything again it would be a ban. About 10 minutes later you and an accomplice were harassing an officer who was AFK initially, (attempting to tie him up) but he woke up and attempted to arrest you. You then jumped into a random unlocked car in the police lot and attempted to run him down 3 times. After he defended himself with his sidearm, you drove out of the parking lot but turned around yet again and attempted to kill him. You had multiple chances to escape yet you still turn around and attempt to VDM someone who you instigated.
Honestly, I should have given you the ban when you LTAP'd, but you decided to exploit my kindness and mistake it for weakness.
+ You mistook the ban for VDM, I banned you for Attempted VDM and all of the other warnings I had given you before.

You had multiple chances to escape yet you still turn around and attempt to VDM someone who you instigated.i didn't attempt vdm, you know how hard it is to drive around properly and out after getting your wheels popped and constantly being shot at? i tried going out and he shot my wheels so i decided ay i cant really drive out in time because the steering on the fucking car sucks when all your wheels are popped. also the officer we tried tying wasn't afk he was literally just looking at us without saying anything(he was literally moving his head around to look at us from both directions). plus since he shot me i had a reason to try and run him over.

also how did i exploit you im just tryna make money in this server without joining some stupid mafia who grind all day with no fun so i tried tying him. i didnt keep in mind you letting go my ban because i didnt think i was breaking any rules by saying that im "gonna give the cop a bear hug" then tying him. i just wanna make money and have fun on my first day on the server.

There was absolutely nothing stopping you from driving away after you had left the parking lot. Instead, you drove back into the lot and attempted to kill him another 2 times. I was in the PD spectating when I saw you two outside. The officer was standing on the right of the railway and hadn't moved in about 3-5 minutes. You and your friend went up to him from both sides and spoke about tying him up. He was most likely sitting at his desk on his phone or something of the sort.
Either way, the minute he pulled his sidearm you should have stayed put due to FearRP guidelines.
