Reason for PK: I was PKed for supposedly attacking another faction without any evidence to provide when i asked my second in command he said i think you did it and i asked him to show me prove and said again i think you did.
Why should you be unPK'd?: The reason that led to my PK was a large amount of Metagaming between two factions the one I was in and the other faction, I believe I should be UnPK'd due to the lack of evidence that was provided to get my PK because during the shooting I was wearing a mask and I was wearing different clothes that hid my real identity from my victim after I have committed the crime I left the area within the first seconds after I left the police arrested me for the crime and after a 4 hour court trail I was found not guilty due to the lack of evidence provided in court and after finishing from court my own faction PK me for a reason they couldn't prove and the Courts couldn't as well . From my honest Opinion I believe both factions have Metagamed to have me PK'd
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:
The video i have linked shows me during the shooting and shows that its impossible to even identify me and shows that the only way they could have known if they metagamed and for an example Grant enterprise is wildly known for there Metagaming skills. BTW I wasn't trying to kill the guy

Hello, the reason I had PK'd you was that it was the faction leader's orders. He told me that you were shooting at Russians and threatened to PK his son. Video of you shooting the pawnshop. Descriptions are an IC thing. So they can't just forget that.

Hello, I was the one who ordered you to be killed. The boss of the Russians came to me and told me you shot up thier store. He asked me to kill you, and that they would also actively try to kill you. I agreed to this after seeing evidence of this.
However this was not the only reason you were killed by us. You also threatned my son, the second in command, that you would kill him. And accused him of snitching to the feds.
Some other people, in and outside of the company, mentioned you as incompetent. Being arrested around 4 times I was told.
