Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to be able to help out others when there are no admins / staff online. Most of the time in my time zone at night there are usually no admins only to take care of the RDM's problem that happen. I would be nice to have a staff from different time zones to help the player out when they need them. I mostly play when there are a lot minges online and there is no way to take care of them because there is no staff that could help us at the time. If I could become an admin then I could take care of all the random RDM's and minges even if there are not staff/ admins online. I am not a bias guy when it comes to braking the rules.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Like I said in the last question I an not a bias person. I will treat everybody like equals even if they are my friends. I am also great listener to other about there opinions. If there are two player that are arguing about something that had happen like fail RP will need to listen to both of their story to understand what had happen. I will also need proof if in order to make a fair and right decision.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have any pervious staffing experiences
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not been banned before
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am well known to some communities. People know my on my main RP character as a responsible and hard worker person who can take care of other when times are hard. On my second RP character people know me as a fair and kind person who is willing help out a new player. If someone comes to my work places looking for a job I will ways try to see if I could get them a job in order to have a fun time playing on the server. *

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would call an admin and report them and if nobody is online to answer my ticket then I would have to on to my staff character and take care of the problem myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would have to report them to a higher up because if an staff member is abusing their power then they going to make the server un fair.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would take care of them like I would to every body else. It doesn't matter that we are good friends in real life if they brake the rule then they have to be punished the same as everybody self who plays on the server.
