Reason for PK: False Raiding
Why should you be unPK'd?: First, let me explain what happened, I went up to these group of people with my friend Stephen "Stevie" Gonzalez. They point guns at us, while we were simply just on the sidewalk trying to engage in conversation. Stevie and I decide to go up to these ladders at the top on the apartments that the Bonnanos own (https://medal.tv/clips/48947096/d1337UKqsmpa) and shoot at the building across from us which were the guys who pointed guns at us (The Dueces Wild Building). Mind you, the windows were OPEN, we did not force ourselves in nor did we lockpick our way in. We shoot at the building and at the car in front of it, purposely avoiding shooting at anyone there to not get an rdm sit. We then jump inside the window quickly looking for a way out of the building to avoid the guys we just shot at to kill us. We go to the roof where there is a locked door, I start lockpicking it for around 5 seconds to then stop lockpicking it and go back down and try to find another way out. Before I could even finish going down the stairs, one of the people that owned Dueces Wild and the apartments we were in shot at me and Stevie. I think nothing of it after I die but then get pulled to an admin sit and then get told that I'm getting pked for raiding. I'm obviously confused as I never had intentions of raiding, I simply went into an open building. The admin taking care of the ticket (RyanWhiskey) told me that I'm actually getting pked for lockpicking. I'm obviously confused because when did lockpicking to get out of a building equal to raiding a building? Even then, I never even finished lockpicking? I'm obviously pked because who cares right and now I'm here. Ryan tried to excuse his way out of it by saying "Somespy and other admins have pked for the same reason". Ryan was confused this whole sit and is evident in the clips below.

Extra notes: I deleted the character but I have a clip of everything I had in my inventory. Ryan also got hella confused after I got pked and I said "So I got pked for not even finishing a lockpick" or something along those lines, then he says "You lockpicked into a building." Which is wrong.

+1 saw it straight from the stream. he didnt even lockpick fully if he would that would be considered a raid.
