Reason for ban: Mass RDM , NLR
Length of ban: 4 Days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): For the past 3 days NYPD Officers (cadets and Probationary officers) have been minging and going against uniform code and regulations. Going against RP and bending the rules without proper approval from higher ups. From Cadets shooting innocents to Probationary officers shooting people with shotguns. Now it's cadets and probs driving marked cars pulling people over for "J walking" to arrest them or stopping someone to ask them if they have a license for that weapon when my weapon is concealed. I told them the rules and they refused to acknowledge they where in the wrong. They attempted to arrest me over me having a lag spike and accidentally drifting my car. Upon telling them that guns where drawn on me and an officer breaks RP and jumps in the back of my vehicle. 3 days of having to deal with the same peoples bullshit. WHILE STAFF are aware of these situations they do absolutely nothing about it.
Why should you be unbanned? Ask anyone on the server of events cops have been doing on the server for the 3 days. You'll agree that this ban is a bit retarded. Although I do agree I coulda taken and treated the situation a different way and left it as is but dealing with this for 3-4 days it's exhausting.

OH Also left out the fact that for the last 2 hours I have attempted to call staff while staff where on to get assistance with these cops. But was ignored. -1 When I was talking to the admin in DM's about you getting PKED, you joined the police vc and started going, what the fuck are you guys doing you can't do this, ALSO we got killed while in a sit by your "boys" you had called on us, I don't have the recording of you saying this stuff in the VC, but right after we got RDMED by your "boys" you said in VC those were my boys get fucked. Also, you were talking on your criminal character in Police Coms. When we attempted to arrest you, straight away you joined the Police VC and started yelling at us. 4 days isn't that bad wait it out.

After you died in a gunfight with the police they created a ticket in the same spot you died. After that, I was speaking to the police if your pk would be valid and you decided it would be a great idea to break NLR and gun down all 3 of the officers while I was there too. It's extremely clear that this was a revenge kill that you're trying to justify by "doing the right thing", not to mention that your defense has nothing to do with this situation.

Literally none of this have happened throughout the past 3 days. Probationaries and Cadets are only allowed to patrol with higher ranked officers, otherwise they stay in the precinct building. Cadets are never given guns, so how are they shooting innocents? At times they seem a bit mingy because they are new, however that doesn't stop the NYPD from disciplining them. Maybe file an IA report on some officers that haven't been punished yet?

You are also making very little effort to explain why this ban was invalid, incidents that are nothing to do with this are irrelevant.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
After reviewing the evidence provided as well as convening with the member of staff involved, this ban was not false. You make no mention of why this ban was false, instead make reference to separate incidents which you should've handled in a different way. As I mentioned previously, if individuals are breaking rules whilst no staff are on, file a player report so it can be properly investigated. Also consider making IC reports to the NYPD Interal Affairs department.
