Why should you be unbanned?
The focal point of this appeal is to ensure that I am given a fair hearing - something I lacked when I was on the server. My character, 'Elegant' Elliot Offen used to run the Jewish Mafia on the server. Throughout my time, I was accosted by supposed 'real life jews' that would often give me shit because I am quote: 'unfairly portraying a Jewish stereotype' - which I frankly find to be untrue. The individuals that would directly and OOCly go out of their way to harass myself and other faction members on the basis that we aren't 'jewish in real life' proceeded to RDM me and a friend continuously. Evidenty, this is not a good enough reason to kill somebody and I am well within my right to roleplay Jewish - after all, this is a roleplay server.
After being NLR killed several times, I lost it and proceeded to make various off-colored remarks to them, to top it off I also RDM'd them several times. I understand that if I were to record the situation and report it through administrative means, it would've been a lot better for all parties involved. I apologise profusely, especially to the administrator I lost my cool with in the sit.

I'd also like to note that as a Jew in real life and somebody that has been a proponent of Jewish Mobster characters not acting so stereotypical on the server (See: https://divergenet.works/forums/showthread.php?tid=974) to stop the breach of immersion - their reasonings for killing me are preposterous.
This notion that somebody cannot be a Jewish character because they aren't fresh off the boat Israelis and only speak in Yid tongue is rather silly. Nonetheless, I am portraying a character and they went out of their way on an OOC level to try and harass me.
If I am to encounter these individuals again, I will once again take the necessary precautions record and report.
