What is your motivation/reason for applying?:Ive Been playing on the server for a long time and ive realised that there are not alot staff on duty around my timezone and since im european i can be on duty when other staff members from other timezones are offline
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I don't consider myself over other people but i see my self a very hard working and passionate about helping other people in need and also i would consider my self very patient and can handle sits as calm as possible,i am also a hard working person and i can do my job as efficient as possible and since my timezone is different from most of the other canditates i will be able to be on when other staff wont.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):Indeed,ive been a staff member on a DarkRp server for 3+ months and i believe i did i pretty good work there until i resigned due to school and other personal reasons.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:No,i havent been banned nor warned on the server im trying to keep a clean record and not break any rules and make RP as enjoyable as possible for everyone
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:I wouldnt say that im well known in the community but ive met alot of people,id say that my reputation is on a good state since ive never been a minge or toxic towards another member of the community,as far as i know people believe that i am a nice and chill guy, i dont cause problems and i try to be fun to hang around with.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i would go on duty and deal with the situation imediatelly,check if the rulebreaker had any previous warning or bans and i'd punish him accordingly
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:i'd gather evidence of the abusive staff member and send it to his higher ups to deal with it
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: i wouldnt overlook someone even if he is a friend, i'd punish him accordingly to the rules he broke since the only thing that matters to me is keeping the RP of the server enjoyable to everyone

His application may be a bit short, but he is a great guy. All his experience can show way more than what his application does. I have A LOT of experience with this one and I can say myself that he can do way more in action than what he can do with words and applications. He has a lot of experience on staffing and can be an amazing addition into the staff team on diverge. Also a very kind guy and a very active one aswell, joining every day and spending hours into playing diverge.
