Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Many Players on this server keep complaining about the slow response time of staff. It is really annoying if you have a problem and dont recieve help. Since i live in Europe and i am online at Downtime and Peektime i could deal with the issues the people have even though the server is almost dead. So long story short: i want to e a part of the solution instead of complaining about everything.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Because like mentioned before i am on the server when no other staff members are, wich would make night time minge / rulebreaking in general harder. It will help those who want to rp in the nighttimes.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have any staff experience.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: [b][b]I got a Ban for Fear RP today but i will try to get it lifted since it was unjustified[/b][/b]
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: So its pretty hard to actually reveal your name to anyone IC wise but i would say many people know me as their business partner and friend.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: No i havent been recomended

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would hop onto my staff Character and observe the situation. If it is confirmed RDM without a proper reason i would pull him into a sit and check the Logs to see how many people he killed. I would then warn/ban him.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would report him to higher ups
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: My real friends would never do anything in real life based of a game so i would just do what i would do with any other player too. Warn them/ban them.
