Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation for applying is there are times where there are 0 admins on for hours on end. This makes rp hard for everyone as minges will be on and ruining rp for everyone on the server. This makes the server unplayable and I would like to be part of the solution to fixing this problem. We need a server that is playable and enjoyable for others to play on. I will become the next great admin as it is in my nature to become great.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I should be picked over other candidates as I am better than anyone else applying. I bring a aspect that other admins do not bring. I am an ex minge and can think like a minge. This gives me the ability to pick through a minges brain while on the sit. It also makes me more calm in sits as nothing really makes me mad anymore as I know how to get under someones skin.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned on her before. I was an ex minge but i've changed for the better as REM could testify for me
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am really well known in the community. Everyone on here loves me for my serious rp and when I was a minge. Pendred knows me really well we are basically best of friends and so as Rem. I've also helped with events in the past with fellow ex admin Ayo and current staff member milkman.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: I believe Rem and Milkman would.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depending on the rdm I will switch characters and take the sit. If it is mass rdm and we have video I will take care of it to the best of my ability so we can go back to rping and a timely manner.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would investigate it myself more by looking in logs, comments from other people, and also report it to higher ups so we can keep up a good server that isn't full of corrupt then its unplayable like MP.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would let a different admin handle it as I would be biased in this situation
