Why should you be unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because I was RPing and I was Mid Conversation when I ripped mad ass (I farted my britches) IRL while holding down push to talk. I did not intend for the fard to be heard but you could hear it in the background. I do not know why a Minge Charge was added to my ban. If farting is against the rules might as well lock me up and throw away the damn key. I was also perm muted for this which I believe is unreasonable.

That was not the reason why you are banned + permanently muted. You were mic spamming loud non-1980s music and running around. This is not your first run-in with mic spamming as you have 4 Mic Spam warnings + an extensive PO. If you can not learn to use your mic properly, you don't deserve to use it at all.
