Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I feel that there needs to be more late-night staff, and I am perfect for that job as my time zone is very helpful in doing that, for example, the time I am making this application is 7:24 pm NZT. And for most people on the server currently, it is 2 am, or 12am. I have very good experience as a staff and want to do my best to help the community and make sure everyone is having a fair and good time while playing. I also enjoy staffing and love to be able to know that I am actively helping players and making the community better and more enjoyable for everyone. My main motivation is so I can help out people at late night times and make sure everyone is getting their tickets responded to.*
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
My Previous Experience as staff and my timezone. My time zone is very useful as a staffing position as I can be on at very late and always be actively responding to tickets I think the server needs more late-night staff and that's why I think my time zone is something that could be useful. My prior experience staffing on servers also is another bonus, I use to handle a lot of tickets late nights on other servers that were CST/EST/ Time based.*

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Once, for VDM. I was driving my car and drifted into the NYPD Entrance and there was a crowd of people standing in the Entrance of the NYPD, and my car hit them.

People may know me as. Former Fire Department Commissioner| Former Mayoral Staff| Former Firearms Regulation Corporal| First Deputy Marshal| NYPD Officer| Former New York Times Reporter| I am mostly known around the NYPD side, as I play my cop character a lot. People may think of me in many ways since everyone has their own opinion, I have been around in the server for I think 1-2 Months now. I'm a pretty chill dude and always down to do some RP and try to stay as serious as I can during RP. *

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would make a ticket for RDM, and if no staff respond to it, then I would switch on duty
Bring the victim to a staff sit
Tell them that they RDMed and how the situation was RDM and let them explain their side of the story.
Check logs-
Make a Decision of the punishment
Explain to them why they are getting the punishment and see what they have to say
Take the action of the punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Get Evidence of it, send it to Upper Administration and explain to them the situation.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
If they are gonna use our friendship as a way to avoid Punishment from me, then they ain't a real friend. I would treat them like any other player as everyone should be treated equally. And then I would see what rules they broke and punish them for breaking those rules.

I am sorry but I dont think you fit for staff. Most of the times I see you on, you go around people and minge and cause trouble with different characters of yours. Another thing is your actions within the server, and an example is when you were erping with pistol on an npc (https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/771506522970783795/845956754499305472/unknown.png?width=1047&height=589). I just dont think you fit the staff team, I would suggest you to try to improve, not only to join the staff team but those actions you do with pistol are just way to weird and cringe. The only good thing I like about you is how active you are on the forums.

Thank you for the response, both of my characters are NYPD/Law enforcement so If I minge on them I get fired, you may be talking about me minging when I just joined had a crim character. The thing with pistol was cringe but it was a joke at the time. Akuma ERP'ed the whole server which was a joke and I didn't mind it but if you do then I understand. I have changed from then and I think that now I can take a job more seriously. And I think the server needs late-night staff which is why I am applying.
