Reasons for Applying/Staffing Experience- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation for applying for staff is quite simple; I enjoy staffing. I have been staff on multiple servers but the one staffing experience I enjoyed the most was when I was staff on Typhon Networks MafiaRP. I enjoyed it thoroughly and quickly climbed the ranks of staff and became a member of Upper Administration. I enjoyed the interactions I had with people and enjoyed helping people settle disputes they had or fixing issues for people. I also believe that having more active members of staff on this server will help many people enjoy the server even more as they will have their OOC issues solved quickly and they can get back to enjoying their roleplay as soon as possible.
- Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should be chosen over other candidates due to the wealth of knowledge I have on staffing after staffing on multiple other servers over the course of my playtime on Garry's Mod. Since I have a lot of knowledge on staffing I believe I will be able to handle more situations quickly and efficiently compared to someone who has little to no knowledge of staffing. I also have a lot of patience and can deal with situations that can be considered extremely stressful to others calmly and swiftly whilst not making people within said situation upset. I am very friendly to most people and can make people feel at ease in most situations which can lead to situations being solved in peace and not with both parties being frustrated in the end. My final reason to be chosen over other candidates is that I am very unbiased towards anyone, regardless of their position in-game or whether if they are close friends of mine and will punish them all the same.
- Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Moderator on MisFit Networks DarkRP for a 1 month, Administrator on Typhon Networks 1942RP for 2 months, Senior Administrator on Typhon Networks MafiaRP for 1 month, Administrator on Revenant 1942RP for 1 month.
- Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
- Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Within this community, I would say that I am sort of known by some staff members and some community members knowing me from other servers. Most people will most likely know who I am from Typhon Networks MafiaRP where I was a member of Upper Administration where I was held in a somewhat high regard. Regarding my reputation, I would say it's that of a fairly positive one as I do not know of a person that has any ill-will towards myself. I feel other members think of me as many things but mainly that I am fairly competent and fun to be around. In summary, I am in between being known and not known but those that know me seem to hold me in somewhat of a high regard.

Situation Solving Skills - Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I will get the rule breaker's ID from the damage logs and inform the staff that are on duty that this ID killed someone without reason and to tell them to take that person and the victim to a sit and if there are no online staff members at the time or if they are AFK, I will switch to my Staff Character and bring the rule breaker and victim to a roof to solve the situation from there.
- You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: After informing either: Pendred, Canadian-bacon, Ultra™, or Rem, I will attempt to gather as much evidence as possible of them abusing their abilities and submit it to one of the aforementioned people to get them punished.
- A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If they persist to break the rules after I warn them once to stop breaking the rules, I will bring them to a roof and inform them that I will be issuing a ban on their account which the length will be decided on what rules they have broken and tell them to appeal if they wish to continue playing on the server.
