Why should you be unbanned? Was not MassRDM. The people of the bar were using bodily threats against my associate and I, they aimed guns at us outside of their property in a way to threaten us intentionally; we couldn't let them threaten us so we retaliated and only killed like 1-2 of them. Personally I only confirmed 1 kill making this not MassRDM even if it were an invalid reason. We did not "shoot up the bar", we shot the group who had threatened us with fists and firearms. They had NLRed and used a previous situation ICly so they're the true rulebreakers in this situation.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Conflict of interest is definitely apart of the ban.

Hello metrail as said earlier on, I came on the server and saw two mrdm tickets, i watched the clip and checked logs and you had indeed iniated on them in the clip and there was a solid 2-3 minutes context before the clip. I tried brining you and the other guy i banned but you had both logged off, you had targeted the people twice, the clip i was shown showed it earlier in the day and the other guy showed me a medal clip of you doing it about 10 minutes prior to the ticket. I checked logs and you had attacked them that time with no provocation and i didnt go so far back in logs to verify what i already was shown from the original clip. In short the ban is unbiased and valid and although I will admit that yes I am in the faction that made the ticket I was the only staff on I'm pretty sure and I was completely unbiased

I did not target them twice, I shot accidentally in the bar and I apologised then they tried to kill me although I went outside so I killed some of them and died. I return like 20 minutes after to actually buy stuff but then they NLR and tell me I am banned so we make RP out of the situation. They pull guns and their fists on my associate and I so that was a threat to our life, they positioned people on their roof to aim guns at us although we were outside the property. Due to these threats we retaliated with equal force. There was provocation and we responded with force. You know my discord you could've easily DMed me, yet you claim we left because we knew we MRDMed which we did not MRDM and we did not leave because of that situation, we left to simply leave.

But no matter how many people I kill in that situation it would've been valid because of the verbal and bodily threats they made.
