Reason for PK: Crossfire
Why should you be unPK'd?: So I was walking down the street and heard a load of shots and then got hit, so i turned around and shot back. Check logs if you dont believe me or ask mr. penguin. I dont know why i was pkd in the first place but I was told by Mr. Penguin it was because i died in crossfire of a pk.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

The reason you were Pk'd was because previously your faction members had seemed to join in with Perma killing of James Russo and Sergio Liberato.Therefore when I saw you shooting at him and then you dying by him I took it as you joining in with the PK as well. I believe the PK order was between the gang 4KT and your faction the Flanagan crime family as your faction was telling 4KT members the location or James and Sergio and also opened fire on them at the same time 4KT did.

Hi there penguin so, as a very high ranking member of the family I can tell you this now flanagans werent involved, one of our men I think helped Niggatoni of his own volition (could be wrong bout that) but our family was in no way associated with it, my lad was caught in crossfire and shot back like any normal player would and then got pkd for it.
