Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I heard you guys were understaffed so I thought I might be a good fit. I feel like I'm competent enough to do a good job. Additionally, I spend a lot of time on the server already so I might as well help out as a staff team member.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I know the number of stupid people on the server as of recently. I believe I'm well-equipped to handle that influx of minges and inter-player conflicts during the day and night hours. Hopefully, I can do a good job of facilitating a safe, fun roleplay environment.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Nothing on gmod.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not been banned from any gmod servers in general.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I don't think anyone has a problem with me. I'm not notorious for anything negative.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: I don't really know any mods personally in that regard.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would message a staff on duty or attempt to get online myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would most likely bring up my concerns to someone higher in rank than the offender.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them as any other individual and perhaps devote some time later to teach them the game and it's guidelines.

-1. Met this guy in RP. He is as useless as most cops. I told him that i was just shot and he said "fuck off" and got in his car. This guy left a bitter taste in my mouth and I don't see him as fit for staff

I've seen you RDM on your cop character multiple time. I don't expect you to enforce proper RP as a staff member, from my experiences with you.You questions don't pass the minimum, the app overall is short with no effort on expanding.
