What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My personal reason for applying is that i want to help forming this community. I want to create an RP friendly enviorment and help out people in general. I notice the lack of staff when it´s downtime and that people constantly break the rules there. Since i am on mostly at downtime and peektime i can help out people / enforce the rules when no one else can.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I can be on staff duty and support the server when its late night for most of the people. I might not have been staff yet but i am very keen on learning all the things requiered.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No i have not
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes i broke Fear RP
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am not too well known in the community but the people that know me told me that i create very good passive RP.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would let other staff members know by making a ticket. If the RDMing keeps on and no staff members deal with the sit i would switch over to my staff character and deal with the rulebreaker. I would do this as following -> look for the RDM tickets that other players made -> pull them and the RDMing person into a sit -> check logs / video evidence -> Hand out a punishment appropriate to the offense.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would report it to a higher ranking staff member and let him deal with it. I would also provide evidence.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would deal with my friend the same way as i would with any other player. If my friend thinks that some video game should affect our friendship he is just dumb.
