Reason for PK: shot an officer and he killed me
Why should you be unPK'd?: it was pitch black and i got told someone is at the back of the pub me and my gang member run up i go up a ladder and i get shotgunned by the person at the timer i had no clue was an officer. 10 mins later ish im at the casino with my mates and i just get the ban
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: i didnt clip it had no clue it was an officer so i left it

After you shot the officer (no identification so that's ok not technically a PK yet), the officer shot back and you ran away. After that, the officer started to yell that he was NYPD etc, and when you couldnt move anymore, he gave you a chance to surrender. You did not surrender and just shot him anyway, but died.

bro i didnt hear him my gang was shounting there was someone on the roof
at 1:07 i coudnt hear him when he was shounting. i wasnt in listening range
also he was on our roof for no reason

also when he said he was nypd i was on the over side i was out of listening range so i couldnt hear him say he was nypd all i heard was hands that confused me but i still didnt know he was police

You took a risk by opening fire at them without identifying them. Then once they identified you continued to open fire.
I also don't appreciate the fabrication that you 'couldn't hear him' despite you clearly responding to him in the video, asking 'why are you on our roof'
