What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
My inspiration for applying to the Diverge staff and mod team is that I need to help the community as it starts. What ruined Mobsters Paradise was an unpleasant staff group, mingey player base and lack of care from devs. These things can get fixed by having more active staff and more reliable staff you can chop on down mingey players, help genuine players, set up event to add more RP to the server, and considerably more. I really want to get staff on this server to help it, I don't it to be ruined like MP I want these server to out live all the rest and live on. There is never a time to rp with no minges and just live the life as a gangster ,officer ,politician or citizen in the 80s. I need to give that experience to other people, by improving the community, and I believe this to be the most ideal way that I can better this community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
I believe that you should choose me over other candidates for staff because of three points, I am dedicated and spend much time in the commuity, I am always and how much time, and listen to orders all the time. With my dedication to the mafiaRP community, I would love to give back to it after all the good times I have had and the friends I made along the way. I want to do my part in keeping this thing of ours alive and well, and will do what I can to achieve that. I also am someone who will do with no questions asked, and will carry it out to the best of my ability. There is no other game mode like this one, and I want to make it better.

I believe I am well known in the community. I am one of the only guys with the name,when you think Ace you think of me. Everyone with that name has gone inactive or I have not seen them a lot or ever. I am well respected in my family and other families. I Think that other people on the street see me as a friend way more than a enemy. I have been around for about a year in the community and I have done my far share of things in it.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I am pretty sure staff cant take there own tickets so I would make a ticket and wait for someone to answer sending them the clip like a normal rper.
If staff on this server can take tickets I would respawn Tp to him and take him to a roof and tell him what he did was wrong but most likely I would still wait for other admin to get someones view out of the situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would record the misconduct and then I would send to a higher admin or head admin.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would bring them to a roof, and then explain that this is a serious rp and many people want to not having people minging. I would tell me to stop and tell him to read the rules and show him it is out of my control. And I have to do my job and warn/ban them.

Seems like you have good feedback, but my main issue is that the app seems poor/rushed. Since I don't really remember you much in-game, I am basing my vote from the app. Otherwise, explanations seem questionable-ok.
