[b]What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I'm a little bit interested in being staff. I had always thought about applying on some server to see how being staff actually was on an rp server, but I've only now came around to applying. My other reason is that I'd like to give back to the server and help moderate it and be part of the staff community. Moderation makes a world of difference in an rp server, (as seen for MP). plus this is my favorite garry's mod roleplay server so I'd really hate it to see it crash to the ground.[/b]
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Well, to be realistically honest, I don't really see why I should be considered over other candidates, but I can tell you this. If I get accepted I will not disappoint. I promise decent activity and creative ideas that can be used in rp. Along with this, I can bring late moderation (especially at night). The server would really profit from moderation late at night.

Well, I'm recognizable because of my voice but other then that, I'm not sure what others think of me. I don't think many people really like me but it is what it is.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Id make a ticket if there is more than a few staff on. if there isn't and nobody accepts my ticket in a few (5/6) minutes Id probably switch over and warn him.
[b]You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Well, id still report him to higher ranks and get clips of him abusing.[/b]
[b]A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Id treat them as I'd treat anybody else, and if I had to, I would ban them.

This doesn't give us a good impression of yourself when it comes to being added on the team.
