Reason for ban: NITRP| RDM 2X| FEAR RP

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I can accept the ban for NITRP but none of the cops i killed were RDM and there was no fear rp as every cop i killed was by his self and were trying to shoot me. The reason I disconnected while i was unconcious is because a undercover came up to me while i had my gun out and pointed on him and punched me in the head and knocked me unconcious so he was breaking fear rp and I didnt want to be PK'd cuz sum kid wants to break a rule.
Why should you be unbanned? Not unbanned but ban should be lessened and only have NITRP as a reason

The whole situation started with me watching on my PD char from the train Bridge.( I was watching a weapon deal under me) You ran to the corner then started firing toward the PD direction, which resulted in the secretary of state death(rdm 1). I then repel down the bridge but I misstep then fell and went unconscious for a second trying to recover. Then I took some shots at you and continue to chase you down toward city hall. Another officer approached you with his weapon out and you pulled a shotgun on him with a gun out killing him. (Second RDM as you broke fear rp bc I was shooting at you then you proceeded to pull a gun on the officer behind you too with a gun at you) After you killed him you ran even further down toward world Corp. This is where an unarmed FBI agent engaged him in CQC with fist with me sniping him further down the street. (I would say gray area to say that the fbi agent under fear rp as I had a gun assisting him and that fbi would be more trained then a normal citizen in a dangerous situation where a top government official been assassinated). However, he was downed by one of my bullets then first aid started happening. He then refuse to get up, not only did he refuse to get up in looc he started talking in ooc how it was bs and that he wasn't getting up. I then asked Rem who was the only other active staff on to see if I could respawn him and arrest him. Rem said sure then I proceed to respawn him and get him tased and arrested. He then Ltaped the server. I already warned him earlier for VDM, his continous bad behavior and extensive history resulted in me giving him a month banned that I know I could give but Rem also gave the approval in discord dms if the kills were RDM first one for sure the second one might be contested. The NITRP ban was for the combination of him refusing a staff order to get up, refusing to get up, LTAP and IC in OOC. I'm not necessarily against reducing the sentence but he definitely had his warnings in the past and he knew not to do this.

Could you elaborate as to the reason you opened fire towards the PD? Killing the sec of state.

Because i was at PD before that and a officer initiated on me telling to leave pd or die so i came back with a shotgun to try and kill him
