Father Billingham PK Appeal - Varife - 08-10-2021 Name of Character: Father Billingham SteamID: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198300203832/ Date of PK: 08/10/2021 Reason for PK: FearRP Why should you be unPK'd?: The situation started with an FBI agent attempting to arrest me, after a failed tazer attempt I fled, I got a far distance between myself and the agent when he then decided to shoot me. Which brought me great surprise as I was completely unaware due to the fact I had no warning prior to being shot. Once I had been shot I stood still and allowed the agent to get close to me, once he did I broke fearRP by trying to stab him. The reason I broke FearRP is because he had ARDMed me. Once a rule break has been committed the RP situation stops. So I then took it into my own hands to try and kill him. The video he provided to the staff member is laughable as he has completely cropped out where he ARDMed me and just shown my FearRP break. The complete incompetence of Someby (The staff member) or whatever his name is is also gross. He made no effort in questioning the agent for his dishonest video crop instead PKed me on the spot without looking into my claims whatsoever. https://medal.tv/clips/48iIQFKqH9gYn/5UN4M4fpEiPR :The cropped video provided by the agent Father Billingham PK Appeal - Rem - 08-10-2021 You don't take it into your own hands. The situation wasn't voided so it technically was still in RP. Also that PAC is against the rules. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK. |
